Power of Love Foundation Canada (POLCA) is a grassroots organization dedicated to uplifting Black women and girls who are equity-deserving, of low socioeconomic status, or have faced discouragement and marginalization.
We create spaces of empowerment through access to skills development, mental health supports, and educational and economic opportunities helping them rise with confidence, dignity, and purpose.
At POLCA, we believe empowerment begins with holistic care addressing the mental, financial, spiritual, academic, and social well-being of every woman we serve.
Through strong partnerships and community collaboration, we design programs that narrow gender disparities, strengthen personal authority, and uplift entire communities.
