Which led me to schedule daily walks into my day. In addition, the ‘Discovering your Purpose’ session helped me realize my dreams and aspirations in life. I am forever grateful to POLCA for helping me grow in my personal and professional life.”

Cohort #3 In My Era
“The 7-week program surpassed all my expectations. I had come in expecting it be unexciting and I thought I wouldn’t be given an opportunity to bond with anyone. The program provided such a safe and encouraging space, and although I felt slightly underqualified (being one of the younger ones) I enjoyed every minute of it. I also did not expect to be paired with such an amazing mentor who is so much like me in terms of interest and actual career. “
